EXCAVATION
Seasonal World will perform the services needed to excavate the swimming pool to the engineering plans based upon the design of the pool you have chosen. With precise excavation and hand shaping of each swimming pool hole, Seasonal World ensures that each excavation is done with the highest levels of accuracy so that the remainder of your project runs smoothly.
TEMPORARY BARRIER FENCING
Erected both during and after construction.
PORTABLE RESTROOM
Seasonal World cares for and respects your property as if it were our own. That is why every project is equipped with a portable restroom for use by all construction team members and crews during the course of your project.
STEEL REBAR REINFORCEMENT
Each Seasonal World swimming pool is designed with a reinforcing steel structure. The entire pool is built with #4 (1/2”) steel rods that that are placed in a criss-cross pattern for added strength.
PLUMBING
All plumbing lines on each pool are installed with a solid 2” schedule 40 rigid PVC pipe. All lines are individually installed and valve controlled with heavy duty swing valves which are approved by The National Sanitation Foundation.
SKIMMER(S)
Pool comes with two (2) oversized automatic skimmers with convenient top loading baskets.
BOTTOM DRAINS
Pool comes standard with two (2) suction outlet drains. All suction outlets are approved by National Sanitation Foundation and comply with provisions of ASME/ANSI A112.19 8a 2008.
HYDROSTATIC WATER MANAGEMENT
Each Seasonal World swimming pool floor is covered with stone for a solid structural base. In addition to this added structural strength and added water drainage, hydrostatic relief plugs are placed in specific portions of the pool floor as required. This will aid in the protection of the swimming pool shell from damage in the event of excessive underground water.
SHELL
Each pool shell will be shot using a pneumatically applied (air-entrained) gunite. The material strength after 28-30 days of proper curing is certified at 4,000 PSI of strength.
SUN DECK & ENTRY STEP
This package includes an interior sun deck and step combo as show on the selected pool models. This sun deck and step combo offers a look second to none and also appeals to many different age groups.
DEEP END BENCH & STEP OUT
Included with this package is a 6’ deep end bench and step out. This provides a means for bathers to get in and out of the swimming pool without the use of a ladder and also provides a resting area in the deeper portion of the pool.
NON-CORROSIVE FILTER SYSTEM – OVERSIZED
Commercial Grade Jandy Cartridge Filter System.
NON-CORROSIVE SELF PRIMING PUMP– OVERSIZED
UL Approved Commercial Grade, 2.7 H.P. Variable Speed Jandy Pump/Motor.
INTERIOR FINISH
White Plaster is the makeup of the interior finish of the swimming pool. The White Plaster is hand troweled to a smooth thick coat.
TILE
Each pool comes standard with a continuous band of 6” frost resistant ceramic tile which is installed just below the coping. Tile choices include over 100 standard variations of colors and designs to choose from.
COPING
Included with this package is an elegant 6” x 12” bullnose brick coping will be installed atop the bond beam of the swimming pool. Bullnose brick coping comes in a variety of standard colors and coping will run around the entire perimeter of the swimming pool.
ELECTRICAL WORK
All electrical work will be performed by a licensed electrician. A 240V (using #12 wire) service is ran up to fifty (50) feet directly from the main panel box on a ground fault circuit breaker with an on and off switch located by the filter as well as a GFIC receptacle on a ground fault circuit breaker. All pool walls, handrails, ladders, and equipotential grid will be bonded. All work will be performed in accordance with N.E.C. code
RAILING
This package comes with a salt friendly center rail in white polymer.
COMPLETE CLEAN UP
After all construction work has ended our clean-up crews will hand rake disturbed areas of the yard as well as fill in any truck ruts or tire marks. At this time we remove any garbage or debris that may still remain from construction.
POOL SCHOOL
A full orientation on how to operate all equipment as well as the proper maintenance associated with your new pool will be administered at a convenient time for whomever is the primary pool keeper(s). We will give the pool a complete cleaning and vacuuming to remove all construction related debris.
