Before any ground is broken, a Seasonal World designer works with you to determine if the pool you want is feasible for the terrain in your yard. Once the plans are good to go, the area is marked out to ensure that no underground pipes are hit during construction. Dimensions and grading are then double-checked.
Seasonal World then digs out the area in your yard where the pool will go. The backbone of the pool (the steel panels) are then assembled around the perimeter of the pool. Bracing and deck support are installed to support the steel walls. Next, plumbing is installed. In order to support the structure, concrete lock is poured to secure the structure. The interior finish is completed with our exclusive Smart Bottom material, a porous mixture of sand and cement. A vinyl liner of your choice is then installed and fitted, and the pool is then filled with water. Electrical work is completed and the area is then backfilled and cement decking is added. Seasonal World professionals will teach you how to operate and maintain your pool in our signature Pool School. After everything is complete, we rake and grade the yard to ensure that any construction debris is removed and your yard is ready for summer.
