Seasonal World’s Price Match Guarantee is simple; if you find the exact same swimming pool, with the same options, features and services for a lower price, Seasonal World will match or beat that price.
HERE’S HOW IT WORKS: Provide us with a written copy of an estimate from our competitor that is complete pricing and detailed item descriptions. Seasonal World will then verify the information from the competitor. In the event that the competitor is less expensive for a particular option, feature or service, Seasonal world will match or beat the price. In the event that Seasonal World cannot meet the price, you will be given a $100.00 Seasonal world Gift Card for your time which can be used at Seasonal World’s Retail Store.
Please understand that Seasonal World offers custom packages for both above and inground pools. Thus, products and services included the competitors package must be an exact match and that we can verify by viewing a competitors written estimate.

Q: What kinds of merchandise and packages does Seasonal World’s Price Match Guarantee cover?
A: Seasonal World’s Price Match Guarantee is only applicable to above ground or inground swimming pool packages in which Seasonal World performs that installation.
Q: Can I combine a price match with a separate promotion from Seasonal World?
A: In order to determine if a price match is appropriate, Seasonal World will determine the final Seasonal World price by factoring in any sales, rebates or coupons and comparing that price to the local competitor’s price.
Q: Can special offers (financing, delivery, installation, etc) at a competitor be price matched?
A: We only match a competitor’s price. We do not match a competitor’s financing or deferred interest offers, deliver or installation offers.
Q: Does Seasonal World price match limited time promotions, such as early opening specials or doorbusters?
A: No, if the competitor’s promotion has a duration of less than 2 weeks, it is excluded from our price match policy.
Q: What proof is required to obtain a price match?
A: You are required to provide the original copy of our competitor’s written estimate complete with all pricing and product specifications. Photocopies will not be accepted. In addition, Seasonal World reserves the right to contact the competitor to verify price, availability, and product specifications.
Q: What do you consider to be a local competitor’s retail store?
A: Local competitor’s retail store refers to a store that is in the same core business as Seasonal World and is within a 20 mile radius of Seasonal World’s Clarksburg location. Competitor must also been an operating business for a minimum of five years.
Q: Does Seasonal World match prices of Internet retailers?
A: Seasonal World will match prices of an Internet retailer with a local retail store honoring its own online prices. Seasonal World will not match prices of Internet-only retailers. Web-exclusive prices are also exempt from price matching.
Q: What happens in the event Seasonal World cannot match a competitor price?
A: In the event that Seasonal World is unable to match a price by a competitor, Seasonal World will provide the customer with a $100.00 Seasonal World Gift Card.
