Pool Opening & Closing Payment Plan is available to Seasonal World Pool Owners ONLY. Meaning, if Seasonal World did not originally construct the swimming pool at the residence in which the pool is to be opened/closed the current homeowner is not eligible for this program. Pool Opening & Closing Combo Payment Plan must be scheduled by March 15, 2011 in order to qualify this plan. First monthly payment of $63.00 will be due on February 1, 2011, each additional payment will be due date the first day of each month thereafter, with the final payment due on November 1, 2011. Buyer of this package will be required to place a credit card on file to which the payment each month will be automatically billed. Depending on the date of sign up, buyer of this package will be responsible for all monthly payments due at time of scheduling. For example, if this package is signed on March 15, 2011, buyer will be responsible for two months of back payments at time of signup (for February and March) with the next payment being due the first day of the next billing cycle (April 1). Once the opening and closing are scheduled and the first payment(s) is made there is no cancellations permitted under any circumstances. In the event that a payment is late or not made, Seasonal World reserves the right to place the scheduled services on-hold or cancel them entirely. In the event of late payments or payments not being made Seasonal World will keep all collected funds to that date as liquidated damages to compensate it for loss of reserved time, even if the services were performed in full or not. There will be no refunds for any unused services as they cannot be cancelled. Buyer of this package assumes full financial responsibility of this package and agrees to pay Seasonal World in full over the course of the payment schedule. Both opening and closing date must be selected by March 15, 2011. Confirmation of pool opening will be sent via email no later than March 31, 2011. Confirmation of pool closing will be sent via email between the dates of July 15, 2011 – and August 15, 2011. Seasonal World reserves the right to amend, modify, and/or change the terms and conditions listed above without notice at anytime prior to signing.
Please note that a separate agreement will be sent to the eligible homeowners after the program has been submitted to Seasonal World. This agreement must be signed and returned to Seasonal World before confirmation of services can be scheduled. It is highly advised by Seasonal World that the agreement and the required Credit Card Authorization form be returned to Seasonal World promptly in order to ensure that the desired service dates are confirmed. Please note that any delay on the behalf of the homeowner to return the forms may result in the desired service dates becoming full and no longer available. All dates for each program will be scheduled on a first come first serve basis.
The separate agreement will include the following information:
- Seasonal World, Inc. is a registered NJ Home Improvement Contractor NJ HIC License Number 13VH00772700. Inquiries may be directed to NJ Division of Consumer Affairs at 888-656-6225.
- A certificate of insurance for Seasonal World’s commercial general liability insurance. Seasonal World also carries workers’ compensation insurance as required by New Jersey law.
- NOTICE TO OWNER. (N.J.S.A. 17:16C-63)
a. Do not sign this contract if blank.
b. You are entitled to a copy of the contract at the time you sign.
c. Keep it to protect your legal rights.
Do not sign any completion certificate or agreement stating that you are satisfied with the entire project before this project is complete. Home repair contractors are prohibited by law from requesting or accepting a certificate of completion signed by the owner prior to the actual completion of the work to be performed under the home repair contract.
- NOTICE TO CONSUMER. (N.J.S.A 56:8-151) YOU MAY CANCEL THIS CONTRACT AT ANY TIME BEFORE MIDNIGHT OF THE THIRD BUSINESS DAY AFTER RECEIVING A COPY OF THIS CONTRACT. IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT, YOU MUST EITHER:
1. Send a signed and dated written Notice of Cancellation by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, or
2. Personally deliver a signed and dated written Notice of Cancellation to:

If you cancel this contract within the three-day period, you are entitled to a full refund of your money. Refunds must be made within 30 days of the Contractor’s receipt of the cancellation notice.
