BEA SCHIAVONE
Permitting Coordinator
Bea is responsible for obtaining all permits required by the township for the construction of each swimming pool. A process that may seem simple to some, Bea works hard communicating with township officials and preparing essential documents to ensure permits are obtained quickly with no hassle for the homeowner. Without these permits, construction of the new swimming pool cannot begin, making Bea an essential part of the Seasonal World Team.

ANTHONY SCHIAVONE, III
Senior Vice President, Operations
Anthony plays a large role in assuring that Seasonal World maintains its course as the smooth-running operation that has become its trademark as a result of Seasonal World's commitment to continuous improvement. He directly oversees Seasonal World's New Pool Construction, Remodel, Warranty, and Service Divisions. Having been a team member with Seasonal World for the past 15 years, Anthony's in-field experience coupled with his formal education have resulted in industry leading benchmark's for the Pool and Spa Industry.

MARK SCHIAVONE
Senior Service Technician & Liner Replacement Specialist
Mark uses his years of field experience to oversee the team of Field Technicians responsible for service calls and liner replacements. Mark assists other Seasonal World Team Members in the field to ensure the proper handling and maintenance of swimming pools and liners. His experience and knowledge is a great tool for Seasonal World to have in the field to help maintain our exceptional after-the-sale reputation.

CHRISTOPHER SCHIAVONE
Director of Retail Operations
Christopher is a key component to the retail department at Seasonal World. He oversees all Retail Team Members and their daily activities to ensure the upholding of our high standards of customer satisfaction, appearance, work ethic and efficiency. Christopher works hard to direct and educate other Retail Team Members, as well as work with outside vendors and coordinate the processing and stocking of inventory. He is directly responsible for the smooth operations of the retail store, both on the scene and behind the scene.

BENNY SCHIAVONE
Field Supervisor
Benny is responsible for overseeing the various operations performed in the field, including construction, and further assisting the various Team Members that perform these operations. He is available to answer any questions the customers may have in the field regarding the field operations. Benny ensures his field technicians are working effectively and efficiently, while upholding Seasonal World's exceptional reputation for service.

Maintenance Supervisor
Anthony is responsible for facility maintenance of all retail and warehouse locations and ensuring all facilities are in the best possible running order. He also performs routine maintenance checks on the Seasonal World truck fleet to ensure that every vehicle is ready for each day's workload.

DEBBIE BIVONA
Controller
Debbie uses her accounting skills to manage and collate the numbers for Seasonal World and prepare financial reports for management's review. She exercises a general control and supervision over the accounts of all departments and ensures the financial aspects of the business are in order.

ROGER HALL
New Pool Sales and Renovation Specialist
A lifelong industry veteran with more than thirty years experience, Roger is knowledgeable in all phases of the swimming pool experience. His experience has made him skilled and knowledgeable in all sales and field aspects of vinyl in-ground pools, stairs, in and aboveground liners and safety covers. Roger works with customers to help create their dream backyards while keeping the important factors of safety and efficiency in mind. Although Roger's focus is in sales, he also has hands-on experience in pool building/servicing labor and procedures.

DENISE SEYGLINSKI
New Pool Coordinator
Denise is responsible for the immediate handling of new pool and spa inquiries. Denise ensures each customer has the opportunity to work with one of our skilled and knowledgeable designers when considering the purchase of a new pool or spa. She also coordinates the scheduling of both in-store and at-home customer appointments. Denise works closely with many Team Members to facilitate the even flow of many office procedures and projects.

LINDA CARANNANTE
New Construction Manager
Linda communicates with customers and the construction team during every step of construction to ensure Seasonal World's 35 Day Installation Guarantee. She facilitates the even flow of the construction process and is available to answer questions customers have regarding specific stages of construction. Linda is a crucial part of the construction of a Seasonal World pool as she ensures exceptional communication between our clients, office staff and construction crews.

SERGEY TITOVICH
In House Engineer
Sergey is responsible for advising and directing the teams of Construction crews in-field. From the purchase of a swimming pool to the quality control checks, Sergey monitors each step of the construction process and guarantees that the new pool is compliant with all township codes. He monitors each job to ensure Seasonal World is constructing the best pool possible. Because quality is important to Seasonal World, Sergey double checks our construction by performing the 10 point site quality control inspections to guarantee what we're building is what the customer wanted at the best quality pool possible.

STEPHEN ADE
3D Design & CAD Administrator
Stephen works with photographs and surveys of customers' backyards and transforms them into the dream "staycation" they have always dreamed of having. These virtual designs allow the customer to see what his or her backyard will look like before we even begin the construction. When meeting with customers, Stephen is able to make the requested changes to pool plans to allow customers to choose options they will truly be happy with.

DARIAN O'REILLY
Director of Interactive Marketing
Darian oversees all of our online information systems, social media efforts, broadcast email communications and mobile marketing initiatives. In creating and maintaining our websites, she creates fun and exciting ways to inform our customers of upcoming promotions and sales while working with various Team Members to ensure the most up-to-date information possible is provided.

Fence Division Supervisor
Thomas performs quality checks on all fencing material and the installation of fences. He is also directly responsible for the installation of aboveground swimming pools. Thomas performs quality checks before and after completion of installation to ensure that Seasonal World's high quality standards have been met.

JOSEPH ORTIZ
Final Installation Site Supervisor
Joseph represents one of the advantages to buying a Seasonal World swimming pool. Upon completion of construction of each Seasonal World pool, Joseph works hard to ensure each yard is landscape ready by removing tracks and ruts left by heavy machinery and materials left by the construction crews.

Neil directly oversees the Service Technicians in the field during service calls and renovation projects. His experience in the field makes him an important part of the Seasonal World team and allows him to supervise all field crews to ensure each job is handled in a timely manner while upholding Seasonal World's high quality standards.

Service Associate
Brittany communicates with customers and ensures proper and timely handling of all service, renovation and warranty calls. If a customer has a question regarding his or her service needs or product warranties, she provides the necessary information and educates the customer while making them feel at ease. Brittany is the foundation of the service, renovation and warranty division as she devises a course of action and starts the corresponding process by scheduling and directing all Service Technicians.

Bret oversees a team of Seasonal World Service Technicians during service calls in the field. He ensures the proper handling of all service calls and ensures customer satisfaction. Bret also educates new pool owners on the proper ways to care for their new pool, Seasonal World's "Pool School".

Parts & Whole Goods Manager
Frank is responsible for managing the parts and whole goods division of Seasonal World, as well as being primary water tester. As manager, he ensures all customers receive the help they need when identifying issues and what parts are needed to resolve those issues. He also performs the water sample tests to identify any water issues that customers may have and gives them options as to how to fix these issues. Frank works closely with each customer to help identify his or her needs and provide the best possible solution for each customer.
