Seasonal World’s Fun Pass Rewards Program, is a new customer loyalty program that earns you, Seasonal World KASH for nearly every purchase made with Seasonal World.
How Does It Work ???
For each eligible $50.00 of purchases made with Seasonal World, you will earn $5.00 back in Seasonal World KASH! This means the more you spend with Seasonal World the more you get back for future purchases!
For Example: An eligible purchase of $150.00 will earn $15.00 in Seasonal World KASH that can be used towards purchases of most Backyard, Halloween, and Christmas merchandise. As well, Seasonal World KASH can be used for most common pool service, such as pool openings, pool closing, and service call!
Are There Costs Involved ???
There is an annual membership cost of $39.95 to enroll in the Seasonal World Fun Pass Rewards Program. This membership cost is required to earn your Seasonal World KASH. With a paid membership you will be eligible for all of the benefits of that are part of the program.
What Are The Membership Benefits ???
In addition to the earning $5.00 in Seasonal World KASH for every $50.00 of eligible purchases. The following is a snapshot of additional membership benefits.
- Free Newsletters, that contain valuable information on new products and service that are available for your swimming pool and backyard!
- Exclusive Promotions and Coupons, as a member of Seasonal World’s Fun Pass Rewards Program you will be provided with promotions and coupons for extra savings and discounts, these promotions and coupons are only available with a paid membership.
- Invitation Only Events, with your paid membership, you will be eligible for access to some of Seasonal World’s best sale events of the year before they are released to the non-members. This includes pre-shopping hours at our retails store, where you can get the discounts before anyone else does!
- And So Much More … Seasonal World will continue to add more and more benefits as we move along with the program. As a member you will be notified via email about the exciting events that are part of your membership.
When Do I Earn My Seasonal World KASH ???
Every time you make a purchase that is eligible with the Fun Pass Rewards Program, your spending will be automatically tracked. At the end of every month your total purchases will be calculated and you will be issued a Seasonal World Gift Card in the amount of eligible Seasonal World KASH for that month.
Best of all, any spending that does not amount in Seasonal World KASH will automatically be carried over to the next month and calculated until your spending reaches the amount needed to earn Seasonal World KASH.

2010 FUN PASS REWARDS PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Seasonal World’s Fun Pass Rewards Program requires an annual membership fee of $39.95 which is due at time of application and must be renewed on an annual basis in order to be part of the program.
- To earn Seasonal World KASH, member must present Fun Pass Rewards Card at the time of each purchase. In the event of eligible phone order, member must provide Seasonal World with valid Fun Pass Rewards Number.
- The Seasonal World Fun Pass Rewards Card is not a charge card.
- Eligible purchases within Seasonal World’s Fun Pass Rewards Program are defined as follows:
- Seasonal World Retail Purchases, which are defined as purchases made through a Seasonal World retail store for items related to Spring/Summer merchandise, Halloween merchandise, and Christmas merchandise. Please see exclusions listed below.
- Seasonal World Service Purchases, which are defined as purchases made through Seasonal World’s swimming pool service department. Eligible purchases within this department include: pool openings, pool closings, service call fees, labor fees, parts purchases, and whole goods purchases. Please see exclusions listed below.
- Purchases that are excluded from earning Seasonal World KASH within the Fun Pass Rewards Program include but are not limited to the following:
- Gift card purchases

- Purchases of aboveground swimming pools and their related accessories
- Purchases of inground swimming pools and their related accessories
- Purchases of aboveground and inground liner replacements
- Purchases of swimming pool renovations
- Purchases of hot tubs or spas
- Any purchases that is greater than $1,500.00
- Tax, shipping and/or delivery fees
- Annual dues for Fun Pass Rewards Program Membership
- Purchases made using Seasonal World KASH Gift Cards that have been issued as a result of eligible purchases from Fun Pass Rewards Program
- State & federal taxes
- Online purchases
- For every $50.00 pre-tax, post-discount eligible purchase that is made with Seasonal World, member will earn $5.00 in Seasonal World KASH Gift Cards which can be used on virtually everything Seasonal World sells.
- Seasonal World will automatically track and issue a Seasonal World KASH Gift Card in the monetary amount earned as a result of eligible purchases on the first of every month. This will be a sum total of all eligible purchases made within the month prior. In the event that the eligible purchases made at time of issuance of KASH Gift Card does not equate to a payout to member, sum of eligible purchases will be carried over to the next month.
- Seasonal World employees and commercial accounts are not eligible for membership.
- All Seasonal World KASH Gift Cards that are issued as a result of eligible purchases must be used within one year of date of issuance; otherwise gift cards will become null and void unless membership is continued for additional annual terms.
- Although Seasonal World KASH may be earned during single/multiple purchases, Seasonal World KASH Gift Cards are only issued on a monthly basis. No advancements of KASH Gift Cards will be issued prior to scheduled payout date. Furthermore, pending payouts cannot be applied prior to transactions being completed within the said purchase period.
- In the event of merchandise return and/or credit for services is issued on an eligible Seasonal World KASH purchase, the pre-tax return/credit will be reduced from sum total of eligible purchases.
- If a return and/or credit for services is issued after a payout period and there is insufficient eligible purchases accumulated at time of return/credit being issued to cover the amount of Seasonal World KASH Gift Card issued, Seasonal World reserves the right to reduce the amount of the return dollars for merchandise/services to cover the amount of Seasonal World KASH Gift Cards that were issued based upon eligible purchases.
For Example: If $100.00 (pre-tax) of eligible purchases were made on March 30th, the coinciding member would be issued a $10.00 Seasonal World KASH Gift Card on April 1st as a result of those purchases. If on April 2nd the member elects to return $50.00 of those eligible purchases, the net dollars that would be returned to the member would be a credit of $45.00 as there were not enough purchases made to cover the $5.00 Seasonal World KASH Gift Card that was issued and/or used.
- Seasonal World KASH cannot be earned on eligible purchases made with Seasonal World KASH Gift Cards that have been issued as a result of membership purchases.
- Seasonal World reserves the right to alter, amend, and/or change the surrounding terms and conditions at any time for the Fun Pass Rewards Program without written notification to the member.
- Seasonal World may elect to cancel the Fun Pass Rewards Program at any time with written permission.
- Fun Pass Rewards members must keep Seasonal World informed of any changes in personal information which include changes in name, address, email, and other important information as it relates to contact and this program.
- All purchases made prior to membership signup and payment are excluded from earning Seasonal World KASH.
- Seasonal World KASH Gift Cards that are issued as a result of eligible purchases are non-transferable.
- Seasonal World is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. In the event that a gift card is lost or stolen and replacement is possible, member will be subject to a $15.00 replacement fee and applicable paperwork and identification processes.
- Seasonal World’s Fun Pass Rewards Program requires a paid membership and is not the same as Seasonal World’s Fun Pass. Seasonal World Fun Pass holders are not permitted to membership benefits or Seasonal World KASH, unless membership is paid and applicable paperwork is signed.
- Limit of one membership per person, limit of one membership per household.
- Multiple memberships cannot be used to purchase the same product, nor under the same invoice, nor under the same Sales Order.
- Seasonal World KASH Gift Cards do no have a cash value.
- The maximum amount of Seasonal World KASH Gift Cards that a member earn per calendar year of membership is $500.00.
