Pool Opening & Closing Payment Plan is available to Seasonal World Pool Owners ONLY. Meaning, if Seasonal World did not originally construct the swimming pool at the residence in which the pool is to be opened/closed the current homeowner is not eligible for this program. Pool Opening & Closing Combo Payment Plan must be scheduled by April 1, 2011 in order to qualify this plan. First monthly payment of $63.00 will be due on February 1, 2011, each additional payment will be due date the first day of each month thereafter, with the final payment due on November 1, 2011. Buyer of this package will be required to place a credit card on file to which the payment each month will be automatically billed. Depending on the date of sign up, buyer of this package will be responsible for all monthly payments due at time of scheduling. For example, if this package is signed on March 15, 2011, buyer will be responsible for two months of back payments at time of signup (for February and March) with the next payment being due the first day of the next billing cycle (April 1). Once the opening and closing are scheduled and the first payment(s) is made there is no cancellations permitted under any circumstances. In the event that a payment is late or not made, Seasonal World reserves the right to place the scheduled services on-hold or cancel them entirely. In the event of late payments or payments not being made Seasonal World will keep all collected funds to that date as liquidated damages to compensate it for loss of reserved time, even if the services were performed in full or not. There will be no refunds for any unused services as they cannot be cancelled. Buyer of this package assumes full financial responsibility of this package and agrees to pay Seasonal World in full over the course of the payment schedule. Both opening and closing date must be selected by April 1, 2011. Confirmation of pool opening will be sent via email no later than April 15, 2011. Confirmation of pool closing will be sent via email between the dates of July 15, 2011 – and August 15, 2011. Seasonal World reserves the right to amend, modify, and/or change the terms and conditions listed above without notice at anytime prior to signing.
Please note that a separate agreement will be sent to the eligible homeowners after the program has been submitted to Seasonal World. This agreement must be signed and returned to Seasonal World before confirmation of services can be scheduled. It is highly advised by Seasonal World that the agreement and the required Credit Card Authorization form be returned to Seasonal World promptly in order to ensure that the desired service dates are confirmed. Please note that any delay on the behalf of the homeowner to return the forms may result in the desired service dates becoming full and no longer available. All dates for each program will be scheduled on a first come first serve basis.

Cartridge Maintenance Package
Single Session Cleaning - $195.00 -

Seasonal World's single session cleaning program includes an on-site visit in which the filter will be disassembled and the filter elements will be cleaned using a high pressure tool to remove all heavy debris. Once the heavy debris has been removed, Seasonal World will perform a "Quick Degreasing" which will aid in the removal accumulated oils and algae build up. After the degreasing, Seasonal World will rinse the cartridges to remove the degreasing agent and any remaining debris. From this point Seasonal World will then clean the inside of the filter tank and lubricate all o-rings relating to the filter system cleaning.

In the event that the aforementioned service is not canceled within a 24 period prior to the day in which the service is to be performed, a $65.00 cancellation fee will be applied. Furthermore, if on the day of the scheduled service Seasonal World is unable to perform the service as a result of homeowner negligence, a $55.00 rescheduling fee will be applied.
In the event that repairs are needed beyond the scope of work outlined above, Seasonal World will evaluate the situation and then report back to the homeowner what the cost will be to perform the needed repairs. Please note that additional labor will be billed according to Seasonal World’s standard service call rates. In the event that repairs can be performed on site during the same period, homeowner will be charged an additional $40.00, which is billed in 30-minute increments plus the cost of all needed parts.

End Of Year Deep Soak - $225.00 -

This package has been designed to truly give cartridges much needed TLC .After the pool has been closed for the current swimming season, Seasonal world will remove your cartridges at the time of the pool closing and then take them back to our facility where they eill be cleaned with out hot water pressure washer. After all debris has been removed, the cartridges will then go into a “Deep Soak” tank where they will be placed in a highly concentrated solution which will aid in the removal of unwanted remains that are NOT normally removed by a pressure washed again and then left to dry in a climate controlled environment. The cartridges will then be returned and installed in your filter systems at the time of the time of the pool opening. At which point o-ring relating to the filter systems cleaning will be lubricated.

Pool Opening & Closing Payment Plan is available to Seasonal World Pool Owners ONLY. Meaning, if Seasonal World did not originally construct the swimming pool at the residence in which the pool is to be opened/closed the current homeowner is not eligible for this program. Pool Opening & Closing Combo Payment Plan must be scheduled by April 1, 2011 in order to qualify this plan. First monthly payment of $63.00 will be due on February 1, 2011, each additional payment will be due date the first day of each month thereafter, with the final payment due on November 1, 2011. Buyer of this package will be required to place a credit card on file to which the payment each month will be automatically billed. Depending on the date of sign up, buyer of this package will be responsible for all monthly payments due at time of scheduling. For example, if this package is signed on March 15, 2011, buyer will be responsible for two months of back payments at time of signup (for February and March) with the next payment being due the first day of the next billing cycle (April 1). Once the opening and closing are scheduled and the first payment(s) is made there is no cancellations permitted under any circumstances. In the event that a payment is late or not made, Seasonal World reserves the right to place the scheduled services on-hold or cancel them entirely. In the event of late payments or payments not being made Seasonal World will keep all collected funds to that date as liquidated damages to compensate it for loss of reserved time, even if the services were performed in full or not. There will be no refunds for any unused services as they cannot be cancelled. Buyer of this package assumes full financial responsibility of this package and agrees to pay Seasonal World in full over the course of the payment schedule. Both opening and closing date must be selected by April 1, 2011. Confirmation of pool opening will be sent via email no later than April 15, 2011. Confirmation of pool closing will be sent via email between the dates of July 15, 2011 – and August 15, 2011. Seasonal World reserves the right to amend, modify, and/or change the terms and conditions listed above without notice at anytime prior to signing.
Please note that a separate agreement will be sent to the eligible homeowners after the program has been submitted to Seasonal World. This agreement must be signed and returned to Seasonal World before confirmation of services can be scheduled. It is highly advised by Seasonal World that the agreement and the required Credit Card Authorization form be returned to Seasonal World promptly in order to ensure that the desired service dates are confirmed. Please note that any delay on the behalf of the homeowner to return the forms may result in the desired service dates becoming full and no longer available. All dates for each program will be scheduled on a first come first serve basis.

Seasonal World's single session cleaning program includes an on-site visit in which the filter will be disassembled and the filter elements will be cleaned using a high pressure tool to remove all heavy debris. Once the heavy debris has been removed, Seasonal World will perform a "Quick Degreasing" which will aid in the removal accumulated oils and algae build up. After the degreasing, Seasonal World will rinse the cartridges to remove the degreasing agent and any remaining debris. From this point Seasonal World will then clean the inside of the filter tank and lubricate all o-rings relating to the filter system cleaning.

End Of Year Deep Soak - $225.00 -

This package has been designed to truly give cartridges much needed TLC .After the pool has been closed for the current swimming season, Seasonal world will remove your cartridges at the time of the pool closing and then take them back to our facility where they eill be cleaned with out hot water pressure washer. After all debris has been removed, the cartridges will then go into a “Deep Soak” tank where they will be placed in a highly concentrated solution which will aid in the removal of unwanted remains that are NOT normally removed by a pressure washed again and then left to dry in a climate controlled environment. The cartridges will then be returned and installed in your filter systems at the time of the time of the pool opening. At which point o-ring relating to the filter systems cleaning will be lubricated.

Spring Cleaning Package - $299.00 -

Typically the most extensive cleaning of your swimming pool is the first of the season. With this in mind Seasonal world has developed its Spring Cleaning package to assit pool owners in making the pool swim ready without breaking a sweat. Within 24-48 hours of the swimming pool opening Seasonal world will perform the below services:
Complete cleaning of swimming pool scum line around the perimeter of the swimming pool, which is inclusive of entry steps, swimouts, love seats, etc.
Inspection of swimming pool equipment to insure proper functionality.
Visual inspection of swimming pool’s interior surface. NOTE: For vinyl liner swimming pools, Seasonal World will place the liner back into the track for areas that may have come loose at no additional charge.
All skimmer baskets, pump strainer baskets, and ADR canister baskets will be emptied and cleaned to insure proper water flow.
Pool surface will be hand skimmed and pool walls and steps areas will be brushed. NOTE: Included in this package is up to 30 minutes of surface skimming and brushing. In the event that additional time is needed or requested, there will be a labor charge of $20.00 which is billed in 15- minute increments.
Hand vacuum of the entire swimming pool and steps areas. NOTE: Included in this package is up to 30 minutes of hand vacuuming. In the event that additional time is needed or requested, there will be a labor charge of $20.00 which is billed in 15- minute increments.
Filtration system will be checked for proper pressure levels. NOTE: In the event that filtration system needs adjustment for correct pressure reading, an additional charge of $35.00 will be applied to sand or D.E. which includes a complete backwashing. For cartridge filtration systems that need to be rinsed, an additional charge of $65.00 will be applied.
On site water analysis with detailed report. NOTE: No chemicals are included in this package. Seasonal World can provide chemicals that are needed per the water analysis. Cost for chemicals provided by Seasonal World is outlined in Seasonal World’s 2008 Chemical Price List. Customer also has the option to provide chemicals. If customer elects to have Seasonal World add chemicals provided by the customer an additional charge of $15.00 will incurred

Are you new to pool ownership? Do you often stop and stare at your pool and wonder what to do? Seasonal world’s On site pool school offer the answer. Seasonal world will provide an on site visit with a swimming orientation specialist, while on site the orientation specialist will provide detailed explanation on operational and maintenance procedures relating to the swimming pool and equipment .Typical areas that will be address during the course of the pool school consist of :filtering, pumping, heating (where applicable), chemical analysis, chemical addition practice, cleaning and preventative maintenance. Ideally Seasonal world’s pool school is designed to answer many of the common questions concerning the above issues, however our orientation specialist will also provide the answers to any questions that many arise during the course of the on site visit. Also included wit each Pool School is supplement literature to serve as remembers and reference points in the future and a special HOT LINE to call for any questions that may need to be answered in the future.

Seasonal world offers complete pre and post party services designed to take care of all matters relating to the to insuring the swimming pool will be clean and ready for use.

Homeowner is required to supply all cleaning tools, which includes brushes, vacuum head, vacuum pole, vacuum hose, and skimmer net. This is a requirement as to avoid the cross contamination of swimming pools. If homeowner is unable to supply these materials, further fees may apply.
This service agreement must be completed and returned prior to Seasonal World before the aforementioned service can be scheduled. It is highly suggested that this agreement be returned promptly to insure a reasonable service date. All service appointments will be confirmed by telephone one day prior to the actual service date. Any service appointments given prior to this time period will be considered tentative.
Your accept theance of this agreement by signature and returning of this agreement to Seasonal World will constitute a contract entered into in accordance with the conditions, charges, and terms outlined within this agreement.
In the event that the aforementioned service is not canceled within a 24 period prior to the day in which the service is to be performed, a $65.00 cancellation feel will be applied. Furthermore, if on the day of the scheduled service Seasonal World is unable to perform the service as a result of homeowner negligence, a $55.00 rescheduling fee will be applied.
In the event that repairs are needed beyond the scope of work outlined above, Seasonal World will evaluate the situation and then report back to the homeowner what the cost will be to perform the needed repairs. Please note that additional labor will be billed according to Seasonal World’s standard service call rates. In the event that repairs can be performed on site during the same period, homeowner will be charged an additional $40.00, which is billed in 30-minute increments plus the cost of all needed parts.
Any unpaid bills will be subject to a 2% per month, 24% per annum finance charge effective 15 days from the completion of the service(s).
Seasonal World reserves the right to modify, change, or amend the terms and conditions of this agreement any anytime.

Confirm proper water level is maintained. NOTE: Seasonal World will supply all pump and hoses to drain the swimming if necessary. It will be the reasonability of the homeowner to insure that water sourced use to fill the swimming pool is available for use. In addition a hose of the proper length must be left poolside in the event that water is needed in the swimming pool.
Pool surface will be hand skimmed and pool walls and steps areas will be brushed. NOTE: Included in this package is up to 30 minutes of surface skimming and brushing. In the event that additional time is needed or requested, there will be a labor charge of $20.00 which is billed in 15-minute increments.
Hand vacuum of the entire swimming pool and steps areas. NOTE: Included in this package is up to 30 minutes of hand vacuuming. In the event that additional time is needed or requested, there will be a labor charge of $20.00 which is billed in 15- minute increments.
Filtration system will be checked for proper pressure levels. NOTE: In the event that filtration system needs adjustment for correct pressure reading, an additional charge of $35.00 will be applied to sand or D.E. which includes a complete backwashing. For cartridge filtration systems that need to be rinsed, an additional charge of $65.00 will be applied.
Water analysis and chemical adjustment. NOTE: No chemicals are included in this package. Seasonal World can provide chemicals that are needed per the water analysis. Cost for chemicals provided by Seasonal World is outlined in Seasonal World’s 2008 Chemical Price List and will be billed based upon usage. Homeowner also has the option to provide chemicals if not purchased through Seasonal World. All chemicals not purchased through Seasonal World must be left in an accessible location for the service technicians.
Daily maintenance and vitals report. NOTE: For each visit, Seasonal World provides an analysis of services performed during time period of Seasonal World maintaining the swimming pool. In addition, Seasonal World will also provide a complete list of all chemicals that were added
