Any request for service(s) to be performed by Seasonal World, whether it is a warranty or non-warranty matter requires a Credit Card Authorization Form to be filled out by the party that is requesting service. The Credit Card Authorization places Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or Debit Card on file which may be used in the event that payment is not received during the time of services being rendered. Seasonal World standard service rates are as follows: A $125.00 trip charge will apply to any service call that is not a warranty related matter. The $125.00 trip charge covers all destination fees within a twenty (20) mile radius of our Clarksburg location and the first fifteen (15) minutes of the site visit. Destinations further than a twenty (20) mile radius will be subject to a trip charge of $155.00. Any additional time on site will be billed at a rate of $40.00 per half-hour, please note that Seasonal World constitutes a billable half-hour of labor as anywhere from one (1) to twenty-nine (29) minutes of any given half-hour of labor. Seasonal World also reserves the right to have a flat labor rate depending on the nature of varying services, which would then be separate and exempt from the above labor cost. Any required parts that are for repairs and/or upgrades that are pre-pulled from a Seasonal World Retail / Warehousing location must be paid prior to the any services being performed. Any special orders must also be prepaid prior to the issuance of any purchase order(s) by Seasonal World. Any non-warranty service call and/or part(s) may be paid upon completion to the service technician by either cash or check or may be directly billed to the credit/debit card that is on file. Any services that have been rendered and/or parts that have been used that are unpaid at time of completion will be automatically billed to the credit/debit card that Seasonal World has on file. All warranty related issues will follow both Seasonal World’s Standard Warranty and the coinciding manufacturer warranty. In some cases both replacement parts and labor will be covered and there will be no cost for services rendered. However, some manufactures only cover the cost of replacement parts, in this particular case all standard service call and labor rates will apply. All labor is guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of completion. All materials/parts will be subject to warranties provided by the original manufacturer. Service and labor charges on warranty parts will be provided at no charge for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of installation and will be subject to prevailing service rates after thirty (30) days. This guarantee does not cover defects caused by misuse, negligence, alteration, accident, and/or chemical damage. Seasonal World reserves the right to change the above stipulations and/or rates at any time and without notice to the homeowner.
